When I moved back to Tucson five years ago, I asked a work colleague if she liked her dentist because I haven't had the best experiences in dental chairs. She told me about Schumer Dental PC and how much she loved the staff and Dr. Schumer. I've been coming to see them for nearly 3 years. This latest visit was to prepare a cracked molar for a crown. Once again, Schumer Dental PC hit one out of the park! They literally deserve 5 out of 5 stars for making dental visits the best they can possibly be for their patients!

I have been going to Schumer Dental for several years. When I arrived my teeth were a train wreck, to put it mildly.

Arrangements were made with a Maxillofacial surgeon and I was able to eat again.

During my many trips to Dr. Schumer's office I was always greeted very warmly and treated like family. I always felt welcome and Lissette, Marcy, Nara, Michelle and Leticia made me feel that way, of course Dr. Schumer must be included. He always stressed Family in our dealings.

Well during this shut down round two started. Same procedure, extractions, implant placed and now waiting for gums to heal.

Dr. Schumer never hesitated to see me as he knew it was an emergency and Leticia always found the proper time for me to be seen.

Again, even under these stay at home protocols, I was greeted warmly and felt like I was part of a family.

Dr. Schumer and his staff are the best and certainly an office to be imitated by anyone wanting to know, "How to succeed in business".

Amazing experience. Staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. Technically excellent dental cleaning. My hygienist was thorough and very careful at the same time. I feel that they are genuinely interested in my longterm dental health. I highly recommend Schumer Dental located in Tucson, AZ

Great dentist and office staff! Laura, the hygienist, is very thorough in her examination prior to beginning the cleaning process. Laura addressed my concerns regarding issues of having dry mouth due to certain medications I take. Dr. Schumer is extremely efficient, quick, so polite, and ready to listen to any concerns I might have before, during, or after his work. The work Dr. Schumer does is exceptional. What I appreciate most about this office is their willingness to work within your budget. Based on my needs, there were different options available to care for my teeth, whether it was a filling or crown. Pros and cons to either option were explained, and ultimately I chose what worked best for me and my budget. I was able to space out the needed care for my teeth from May 2018, with my goal to have all issues addressed by April 2019.

As a new patient and retired dental assistant I knew what I wanted when looking for a new dentist. I saw Dr Schumers television commercial and I sensed some good energy!
For my initial exam and X-rays I was seen by Wendy, the hygienist. She needed someone to assist her with charting and the assistants were busy with other patients. Dr Schumer came in and helped her. I was impressed that it wasn’t “above” the dentist to assist with the charting. Everyone in the office I met made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Leticia, Jackie, Wendy and Dr. Schumer, THANK YOU💝

This is absolutely the best dentist office I've ever been to! Everyone there treats you respect, are pleasant and genuinely listen to any concerns you have. I'm also very pleased with the technology they use. Dr. Schumer not only explains what needs to been fixed, but he can show you on the monitor. No more wondering if I really need to get that tooth fixed! Plus, the staff can answer all your questions because your whole chart is available to them so the can tell you exactly when or what was done to your teeth during the last visits. AND they take every step necessary to make sure everything is clean. I never worry when I go for a visit!

I have visited Dr. Schumer for a many years. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and made to feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The office was immaculate and well-maintained, adding to my confidence in their ability to provide exceptional service.

During my exam, Dr. Schumer took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and gentle touch was greatly appreciated, and I left feeling confident that my dental health was in great hands.

The staff at this facility is top notch; super friendly, professional and gentle . Dr Schumer has a terrific "bedside" manner. He gives complete information and always asks if there are additional questions or concerns. I've always received excellent quality of care and the most up to date information on oral health.

This place is amazing! My husband has had horrible dental experiences in the past and was getting a cavity drilled or root canal every year. Since going to Dr Schumer, 4 years ago, he hasn’t needed anything other than routine cleanings. When he first came to the office he needed a root canal and some other things done. My husband said he felt no pain and had the best recovery he’s ever had from dental work. He said every other dentist he’s been to he’s felt so much pain. Dr Schumer does a great job of explaining things and doesn’t say you need unnecessary treatment like a lot of other dentists do. All the staff here are super friendly too. Every cleaning I had was awesome. Definitely feels like a family here.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Schumer and couldn't be more impressed and pleased by him and his team. From the moment I walked through the office door I was provided the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced by any dental or medical professional's office or team. Dr. Schumer was amazing, he took the time to explain the treatment plan to me and was open to all questions I had.
The care, compassion and expertise I was shown by Dr. Schumer and his team dismissed all the fear created over the years by visits with other dentists.

The staff at Schumer Dental are lovely and efficient. They're always on time, also. In addition, Dr. Schumer is a real painless dentist--he has a gentle touch which makes dental work almost fun. I like the way he gives progress reports as he works, also.

I had very bad experiences at a dentist's office when I was younger. Since then, I have been anxious going to the dentist. When I moved to Tucson, I took time to find a local dentist. I found Dr Schumer and read the Google reviews about him. Dr Schumer and his staff has far surpassed any of my expectations. They are friendly, efficient, professional and Dr Schumer is talented and the best dentist I have ever been to.

Typically we see Renee (hygienist) for my 5 year old, very skittish son. She is great at gauging what mood he is in and only pushes him as hard as she thinks he can handle that day, as he gets very nervous at the dentist. However, she does a great job distracting my son so she can get in there and clean. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Schumer is always informative and pleasant.
We also recently went to get a cavity filled for my 10 yr old daughter. She is fairly brave when it comes to needles but still gets nervous knowing she's going to get a needle stick. However, Dr. Schumer's process for numbing the area and then essentially providing numbing medication by needle, with up to 4 needle sticks that I saw, is very good. My daughter didn't even realize she had been poked. Very pleased with the care and service Dr. Schumer provides. He also is very good at explaining each step before he does anything and I really believe that helped my daughter's anxiety.

I don't have a work schedule that allows me to make a firm appointment so I must call and see if there is a cancellation. They got me right in on a Monday. Patricia did and excellent job on my cleaning and always I have a friendly experience here.

Dr. Schumer and staff are awesome! From the moment you walk in, all the way up until you leave, everyone is so professional and helpful. Going to my previous dental office in the past has been an unpleasant experience but Schumer Dental is definitely the place to go for exceptional services. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warm and friendly office to go to!

Schumer Dental is great. Everybody there is professional and personable. They get to know their patients and take good care of them. They explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have. I have had dental work, crowns, and cleanings. I have never experienced any pain or side effects. They have a convenient eastside location for me but if either of us move I would still go to Schumer Dental.

I have been going to Dr. Schumer since he first opened. I can't say enough good thinks about him and his staff. I have always been so scared to go the the dentist until I found this place. The staff was professional and friendly. The atmosphere in the office is very comfortable and everything is super clean. Dr. Schumer was thorough in his exam and prognosis. He explained things clearly and slowly. Dr. Schumer took images of issues we're addressing for future care. He then shared those with me so I had a better understanding of the situation. That was a first in dentistry for me. After trial and error for 2 years, I believe I've found my dentist. Yes!

I first became a patient of Dr. Schumer when my dentist of 34 years retired in January 2019. Yes, I'm that old. Anyway, this is the first time I had to have any major dental work (replace a crown). I'm not only old but set in my ways and do not like change.
Dr. Schumer understood my anxiety & was so compassionate and calming. I have to admit, I owe him an apology. He genuinely cares for the feelings of his patients. He explained EVERYTHING as he was doing it. I was met with no surprises and best of all, IT DIDN'T HURT. He said I might have some pain at home but no, nada, nothing. My days of worrying about my new dentist, Dr. Schumer, is over.
Dr. Schumer's staff, all of them, from the receptionists when you enter to the Dental Techs, just everyone in the office are friendly & professional.

Dr. Schumer and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Schumer is professional, thorough and puts his clients best interests first. And my experience is that they don’t recommend any unnecessary procedures to generate additional revenue. I couldn’t recommend him any more highly!

If you do not appreciate long or short wait times in the office to be anxious about your dental appointment then you should be a patient here. I never even have time to read any of the wonderful selection of magazines before I am called back to start a prophy or any restorative appointments. Dr. Schumer and staff are very patient orientated and consider the patient's comfort, time and answer all questions. The office is clean and comfortable. Although I am not always a fan of the selection of music. Oh well that is my only concern.

Dr. Schumer is an extraordinarily good dentist. I'm usually anxious at the dentist but felt very calm with Dr. Schumer. He explained everything very well, answered all of my questions and was very sure to make my procedure pain-free. I never felt rushed to be ready for the next part. He seems very present and attuned to his patient. I recommend him highly and without reservation, he's an excellent dentist!

First visited on a trusted friend’s recommendation, and I’ve only grown increasingly impressed by the team at Schumer Dental.
Laura, my hygienist, is kind, professional, and thorough. She always cleans my teeth diligently, checks my mouth and throat for any potential health concerns, and updates me on where I need to focus with flossing and brushing.
Dr. Schumer is friendly and pragmatic. He explains his thought process, presents you with options, and doesn’t rush you into a procedure you may not need at the time. I appreciate that he takes a balanced approach, and I strongly recommend you pay the team at Schumer Dental a visit!

I do not live in Tucson and needed a dentist. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Schumer. They fit me into their schedule and were great all around. Needed a root canal, and returned to Dr. Schumer's office for a crown. Both experiences in his office were fabulous. He and his staff were professional, friendly, and great at what they do! Not only do I have a perfectly fixed tooth, but found a dentist and dental staff I would return to for dental needs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral care of any kind.

Fantastic office all around! Staff is friendly, accommodating and thorough. Dentist is gentle, informative and very personable.
They were able to see me the same day for an emergency visit, explained my treatment options and addressed all of my concerns. No upselling, or unnecessary procedures. Just down to earth and honest people.

When I moved back to Tucson five years ago, I asked a work colleague if she liked her dentist because I haven't had the best experiences in dental chairs. I am so glad that my dad goes to Dr. Schumer. My dad is older and has health issues. the staff at Schumer Dental have taken care of my dad like family. Their concern with not just his teeth but what maybe effected with other health issues. They care about their patients. They all go above and beyond just being a dentist office. Marcy is always kind and helpful.

Dr. Schumer and his staff are top notch. Dr. Schumer is the best dentist I have ever had. He explains procedures in detail before he begins and is very gentle. I never feel any pain. He is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I have been very happy with his work. My hygienist Laura, is patient, thorough and does a great job. I have known Leticia, the office manager since before Dr. Schumer took over the practice from my previous dentist. She is always happy and helpful and ready to listen.

Great experience here with Dr Schumer and hygienist Brenda. I unexpectedly went 12 months since my last hygiene appointment and had a lot of excess buildup, but Brenda was very patient and VERY thorough. Dr Schumer also took good care of my sore spot in my gumline and I left today feeling terrific!! He's a good listener and a really thoughtful care provider.

The staff at this facility is top notch; super friendly, professional and gentle . Dr Schumer has a terrific "bedside" manner. He gives complete information and always asks if there are additional questions or concerns. I've always received excellent quality of care and the most up to date information on oral health.

Dr. Schumer is extremely efficient, quick, so polite, and ready to listen to any concerns I might have before, during, or after his work. I appreciate the office’s willingness to work within my budget, and I never feel that they are trying to up sell unnecessary work. All hygienists are excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is warm and friendly, as well as accommodating when it comes to scheduling your appointments. I highly recommend this dental office.

I've had the same excellent dentist (in Flagstaff) for over 20 years. One of the hardest things about moving to SE Arizona was finally giving up my "guy" and finding someone I could trust here. I have been putting it off since 2013 - actually choosing to drive nearly 8 hours each way to get my work done in Flagstaff! I did my research and found Dr. Schumer, and I am so glad I did. Dr. Schumer is excellent, thorough, and gives me the confidence to finally get my work done near home. His hygienists are wonderful, and the office staff are professional and friendly. I am so pleased that I found them! I highly recommend Schumer Dental.

Schumer Dental is great. Everybody there is professional and personable. They get to know their patients and take good care of them. They explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have. I have had dental work, crowns, and cleanings. I have never experienced any pain or side effects. They have a convenient eastside location for me but if either of us move I would still go to Schumer Dental.

I have been going to Schumer Dental for several years. When I arrived my teeth were a train wreck, to put it mildly.

Arrangements were made with a Maxillofacial surgeon and I was able to eat again.

During my many trips to Dr. Schumer's office I was always greeted very warmly and treated like family. I always felt welcome and Lissette, Marcy, Nara, Michelle and Leticia made me feel that way, of course Dr. Schumer must be included. He always stressed Family in our dealings.

Well during this shut down round two started. Same procedure, extractions, implant placed and now waiting for gums to heal.

Dr. Schumer never hesitated to see me as he knew it was an emergency and Leticia always found the proper time for me to be seen.

Again, even under these stay at home protocols, I was greeted warmly and felt like I was part of a family.

Dr. Schumer and his staff are the best and certainly an office to be imitated by anyone wanting to know, "How to succeed in business".
